Helena Cemetery Symbolism Workshop
Lewis and Clark Library
Helena, MT 59601
How to get there
Have you always wondered why some headstones in Montana cemeteries look like carved tree trunks? Have you ever strolled through your local cemetery and wondered what an “Oddfellow” was, or why there are altars and incense burners near graves that have Chinese or Japanese inscriptions?
Join us in Helena at the Large Community Room on October 17 from 10:30am to 3:30pm to learn more about cemetery symbolism in Montana.
Please note: workshop registration closes Wednesday, October 14.
